One month from today is December 3, otherwise know as Giving Tuesday. First we have Thanksgiving, next there is Black Friday and then Cyber Monday. Right after Cyber Monday is a day where you can give a gift by making a donation to EDDF in the name of a loved one or simply because you like to give back over the holidays. It’s called Giving Tuesday.
Giving Tuesday falls during our Holidays of Happiness campaigns. This is an important fundraising time in our mission to support adult sarcoma patients and their families, fund our Provide the Assist grants and research initiatives. When you are combing the circulars, searching the web and planning out all of your holiday shopping, we ask that you please consider making a donation to EDDF on Giving Tuesday.

Another great way to give on Giving Tuesday is to make a donation in the name of a friend or family member and give that to them as a gift this year.
Some examples of how you could present it:
“A gift has been made in your name to the Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation by _______ to help support adult sarcoma patients and their families.”
“This year you’ve given a gift to support the important work the Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation is doing to Provide the Assist to the sarcoma community.”
“Because you are a special, caring person who is always thinking of others, I’ve made a donation in your name to support the important work the Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation is doing for the sarcoma community.”
Also, you could pair this gift with a small item from the shop EDDF store. That purchase + the donation will both support EDDF and you’ll have a little something to wrap as a present to add to the gift of a donation. No necessary, but just a suggestion.
