The Eric D. Davis Sarcoma Foundation is a 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to finding a cure for sarcoma, a rare cancer, by increasing public awareness, funding sarcoma research, and ensuring improved therapies for patients diagnosed with the disease.
It is more than our purpose. It is our promise. Giving to any organization is a personal decision, and we appreciate the faith in commitment you have in our mission with every gift we receive. It is why we changed our funding model to ensure 100% of your donations will go to patients with a sarcoma or rare cancer diagnosis.
We depend on the generous donations from private donors, foundations and sponsors to cover operational expenses.
The Hoop Stars
The Hoop Stars consists of philanthropists, business people, and individuals who fund our operating budget through a set amount each year. This membership program supports the EDDF mission to provide the sarcoma assist while ensuring that 100% of public donations go directly to the adults we work to serve.
We partner with corporations for employee volunteers, matching programs, event sponsorships, and other fundraising ideas. To find out how your company can join the team, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keys to Hope Brunch
Every year we honor Eric’s birthday and fundraise to bring further awareness for sarcoma at our annual brunch. The ticket sales and sponsorships from this event help fund our organizational growth.
Gifts In Kind
Most of what we use for our office administration is donated by generous businesses including office supplies, technologies, and printing. We are thankful to those who donate these items to ensure 100% of donations collected go back to the adult patients we support.
